About the role

• Challenge business ideas and prioritize them in terms of technological realization. Help to discard unrealizable ones, correctly estimate and iterate work on tasks;

• Anticipate risks and make informed decisions about when and how to scale the team;

• Identify growth points for business within his/her expertise (technology partnerships, for example);

• Initiate solving problems not only in field-specific challenges, but also in business and in product issues;

• Streamline product engineering and ML-development processes, coordinate the team, and maintain focus;

• Reorganize development processes, set up inter-team interaction;

• Organization of the cycle development-refactor-closing of technical debt for all teams. Balancing between product needs and refactor needs;

• Assistance in organizing the testing / cross-testing procedure for ML, backend, frontend development;

• Standardize and bring to uniformity the technical stack of products;

• Financial planning, understand what costs are involved in the main technical tasks.

What we expect from you

• 7+ years of experience in the technology field;

• 3+ years in management roles (CTO, VP, Head);

• Experience with ML Products: сomputer vision, audio and generative AI;

• Experience in the scale technical teams;

• Tolerance to hyper-growth culture;

• Performance-driven;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
