Your main tasks will be:

  • Build and strengthen a team of developers and machine learning specialists capable of realizing unique technological vision;
  • Establish and apply best development practices and tools to ensure high-quality code and product. The primary tech stack: .NET for backend and React Native for frontend;
  • Manage development processes using Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum), including sprint planning, backlog management, and team efficiency improvement;
  • Ensure synergy between the product development and machine learning teams for the seamless integration of the bot's generative model;
  • Implement methods and tools for monitoring, testing, and enhancing product performance;
  • Lead the development of both web and mobile applications, ensuring their high quality and alignment with user needs;
  • Responsible for achieving technological milestones and strategizing to meet KPIs related to the product's financial performance.

What do they expect from you:

  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar executive leadership role;
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams;
  • 8+ years of experience in the software engineering industry;
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver product in a tech startup environment and with speed;
  • Knowledgeable in the latest AI/machine learning practices;
  • High technical proficiency with a strong background;
  • Effective verbal and written communication with all types of audiences - engineers, PMs, exec team and customers;
  • Experience in the mental health space is an asset.
